Scope of Services. Through this Site, DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC markets and arranges Office Cleaning Service, Home Cleaning Service, Move Out Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Residential Cleaning Service, Commercial Cleaning Service, Deep House Cleaning, Apartment Move Out Clean. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Damages. DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold DUST N GRIME PRO CLEANERS LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
